ABOUT ME

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an ability to sense energetic signatures and connect with a knowing beyond what’s explainable from the logical mind. This, with my deep passion of how we as people hold and store stress, trauma and conditioning in our bodies along with how it shows up in our lives and health, impacting and impacted by our genetics and habits, is what motivated my journey into becoming a Complementary Therapist.
Since a young age, I’ve loved listening to people of all ages, from all walks tell their stories with compassion in my heart, while witnessing them in their expressions and bodily responses as they’d share. As a child, and throughout my adolescent years, into my 20’s I traversed quite a number of illnesses and injuries. So combining my study, research and these ways of being over the years, has helped me learn how to attune with what’s going on beneath the surface, discover and connect to places within, and find ways to express and speak from such places… all this, has provided me the confidence to never shy away from discomfort or the opportunity to celebrate another, and the paths they’ve forged.
In my mid teens, I was bestowed the privilege of speaking at my Maternal Grandmother’s funeral, whose passing had left quite an unexpected shock for our family. It was then I began reading poems and bible verses at the funeral ceremonies of dear family members who had departed this living world with us.
In my early to mid 30s, after going through a divorce and major health diagnoses (including 2x Melanomas) – I embarked on a mission to radically transform my health and life with the intention of sustainable longevity, and to be present for my son as a beacon of light, leading and guiding him in more authentic and meaningful ways than I’d previously chosen and known for myself.
I regard myself as a path & pattern finder, cycle breaker + seer; I am also blessed to be a woman, Mother, and so much more! My work and this platform is inspired by my own personal journey, including information and referrals I’m grateful to have received or discovered that have helped lead to significant and pivotal shifts in my life and overall well-being. All of which, assisting me with connecting to deeper aspects of myself; rippling towards increased health, joy and vitality, as well as living a more meaningful existence along this thing we call life.
Growing up I was always fascinated by the human body, especially anatomically – reading and flipping between the pages of our family’s Colliers Encyclopedia collection. In my 20’s and early 30’s I worked a variety of roles, some of my most favoured were in the occupational health and radiology sectors – as it gave me much time learning and absorbing a lot through experience and the shared knowledge from Doctors, Nurses, Allied Professionals, Radiographers, Sonographers and the like. After becoming a Mother, I transitioned into the analytical realm of Finance, then into more simple roles in a Skin & Aesthetic Clinic and an Australia wide call centre with data and liaison – both internal (location centres) and external (customer enquiry and follow-up) being a large part of my role. Over my employee years, I was fortunate to receive plenty of training by a myriad of methods, some included workshops and certificates from The Australian Institute of Management – “Dealing with Difficult People” certainly gave me some new perspectives and handy tips 🙂 Around my early to mid 30’s I began investing more time into my own endeavours for work that not only held meaning, but also gave me purpose. In 2020, I became certified in “Emotional Anatomy”; then, in 2024 I decided to undertake the “How to be a Funeral Celebrant in Australia” Module through the Celebrant Institute. I certainly feel as though I am a forever student of life, accumulating skills, interests, knowledge and being an enthusiast for random information as I age and evolve. I take my time to integrate and deepen my understandings beyond my own experience (that too!!) and like to truly embody – which is generally my sweet spot to teach, share and hold space from – embodiment – as integrity is vitally important to me, and a guiding principle I do my best to uphold.
I am and continue to be motivated by my deep passion of how we’re all deeply impacted by our experiences, environments, habits and tendencies. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, education and experience to help shine some light, love and awareness to these areas for others, in hopes of expanding options and inspiration for their own journey.
I consider this space to be a safe and sacred place, and opportunity for innate expression and sharing for each of our individual journeys as we cross paths and weave in, out, with and around one another. Thank you for being here ♡ Xo

This little bunny card started as a water-colour picture with text I hand-painted one Easter for my son, which, with his encouragement, took on a new life as a photograph with some digital art mixed in, resulting in what you see now. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do!!
